Shipping Policy

Where does Stroll It All ship?

Stroll It All ships to physical addresses in the United States.

Do all orders qualify for free shipping?

Yes. Stroll It All offers free shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. 

​

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping to Canada at this time.

​

Can orders be shipped to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, via the United States Postal Service.

​

Can orders be shipped to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, via the United States Postal Service.

​

Can orders be shipped to US Territories?

Yes, via the United States Postal Service.

​

Where do Stroll It All packages ship from?

All items will ship from our South Florida location.

​

How soon will my order arrive?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3 business days of placing your order. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 2-5 business days.

Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.

Standard shipping time frames

  • Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET Mon-Fri will ship within one to two business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET on Friday, and any time Saturday/Sunday will ship within one to three business days the following week.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes.  In addition to free standard shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states, we offer 1 and 2 days shipping options via UPS or FedEx.  Estimated pricing and delivery timeframes available during the checkout process. 

 

Stroll It All observes the following US holiday calendar and orders placed on these days will usually ship the next non-holiday business day.

  • New Year’s Eve and Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Fourth of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following

  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

How can I track my order?

When your order is picked up by our carrier you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take between 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

What if I didn’t receive an email with tracking info for my order?

Please check your spam / promotions / junk folder, or give us a call directly at 877-525-3015

Who is responsible for lost or stolen items?

Stroll It All is not responsible for lost or stolen items if FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) can confirm delivery at the address provided. If the tracking number confirms your package was delivered and you have not received it you need to initiate a lost package claim with FedEx by calling 800-463-3339, UPS by calling 800-742-5877 or the United States Postal Service by calling 800-275-8777.

Who is responsible if an incorrect / incomplete address is provided at checkout?

Stroll It All is not responsible if an incorrect/incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout.   Stroll It All does not take responsibility for any additional shipping costs associated with re-routing an order or if the consumer chooses to return to sender.

Which carrier will deliver my package?

Orders shipping in the United States will ship using either FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) or possibly a combination, depending upon the item(s) in your order.

Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We make every effort to ship your items together, however there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments.

Common reasons for dividing an order may be:

  • The combination of items in your order 

  • Items shipping through different carriers (FedEx, UPS and /or USPS)

Return & Exchange Policy

What is Stroll It All return policy?

If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Please contact Stroll It All Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping return label.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

How do I return merchandise purchased from StrollItAll.com?

Please contact our Customer Care team using our Contact Page  or by calling 877-525-3015, weekdays, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label.  Please have your webstore order number available. 

 

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days, after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
