Do you offer free shipping?

Every product qualifies for free standard shipping and can take anywhere from 2-6 business days for delivery depending on your location. All orders are shipped out of South Florida.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

For time sensitive orders, we do offer expedited shipping options during check out. These costs are calculated directly from the shipping carrier and your delivery address.

Will I receive a tracking number?

A tracking number is provided once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive your tracking information.

You can also retrieve your tracking number or check the status of your package through your account page.

What is your Warranty policy?

Stroll It All products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser.

Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement only.

Replacement product does not renew the warranty period.

Where is my order?

Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery depending on your location, and note that weekends and holidays do not count for transit days. Most packages will be delivered sooner.

In the rare event that your tracking information states it was delivered but not received, please contact us immediately.

How do I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible. We try to fulfill orders quickly and once your order ships, we are unable to stop it.

If the package has not shipped yet, we will cancel your order and process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that most refunds take 3-5 business days to process.

If the package has shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and a Return Request is required.
