Stroll It All products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser.
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement only.
Replacement product does not renew the warranty period.

Contact us as soon as possible. We try to fulfill orders quickly and once your order ships, we are unable to stop it.
If the package has not shipped yet, we will cancel your order and process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that most refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
If the package has shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and a Return Request is required.
